In April and May, PGO S.A. hosted a series of unique personal development workshops for women titled “My Inner Home,” held in Śrem, Piotrków Trybunalski, and Gorlice.
In a safe and mindful space, 40 participants had the opportunity to explore their emotions, relationships, and needs-metaphorically stepping into the living room of relationships, the attic of memories, the basement of fears, the bedroom of rest, and the garden of dreams.
Together, we worked with the body, drawing, and imagination-each woman had the chance to “redesign” her inner home from the ground up.
These gatherings were filled with reflection, emotion, support, and meaningful decisions about what we want to “clear out” within ourselves and what we wish to plant anew.
