At PGO S.A., we believe that the strength of our organization lies in its people. That’s why over the past few months, we have conducted two significant training blocks: the Leadership Academy and Lean Management.
The Leadership Academy – a development program for leaders, managers, and directors at all levels of the organization – brought together 80 participants who enhanced their competencies in the following key areas:
Diversity management – how to build teams based on respect and inclusivity
Personal leadership brand – how to consciously shape your image and authority
Leadership functions – how to lead effectively in a dynamic environment
As a result of our collective work, we created the Leader’s Code and the Communication Code, which now form the foundation of our management culture.
The Leadership Academy is more than just training – it’s an exchange of experience, a source of inspiration, and a way to build a community of leaders shaping the future of PGO S.A. together.
Meanwhile, the intensive Lean Management training program was carried out at three of our locations – Gorlice, Piotrków Trybunalski, and Śrem.
The event brought together employees from various departments, including production, quality control, logistics, and planning. The goal of the program was to teach how to identify and eliminate waste in everyday processes to work faster, more efficiently, and with greater value for the customer.
The training, conducted by Lean & Operational Excellence experts, combined theory with practice – enabling participants to immediately apply the methods in a real factory environment.
Both training programs concluded with a ceremonial certificate presentation by Łukasz Petrus, President of the Management Board of PGO S.A.
